Customer satisfaction is very important to us at JSL Associates Limited, however details of our complaints procedure are as follows:-

Complaints Procedure

We take customer satisfaction very seriously at JSL Associates Limited aiming to always provide a friendly, helpful, efficient and very professional service.

However if you feel that we have let you down in any way, you can make use of our complaints procedure. The first step is to put your complaint in writing, explaining fully how you think we have failed. You should send this to :

Once we receive your written complaint it will follow our complaints process as follows :

  • Within 10 days of receiving your complaint we will send you an acknowledgement, including the name of the person who is dealing with your complaint.

  • If we have not provided a final response 4 weeks after receiving your complaint we will write to you to explain we are not yet ready to provide a final response and give some indication of when you will receive our response.

  • Within 8 weeks of receiving your complaint we will write back with a final response which adequately addresses your complaint. We will also include information about the Claims Management Regulator, to whom you can refer your complaint if you are not satisfied with our response.

  • If you do not provide a response within 14 days of receiving our final response, we will assume that your complaint has been adequately resolved and we will close your complaint.

  • We reserve the right to not consider any complaints made more that 6 months after you became aware of the issue you are complaining about.
