start off by saying that if you have paid any bank charges
within the last 6 years – irrespective of whether the
charges taken were your fault or not - you are entitled to
claim them back. Whether you have been charged £100
or £5,000 in total on each bank account held JSL Associates
can act on your behalf to reclaim every bank charge that has
been taken from you.
We operate on a No win, No fee basis and unlike other organisations
we will pay all of the costs required throughout your claim.

still reclaim any fees you think you may have been charged
within the last 6 years. No statements, no problem as we will
request your last 6 years statements from your lender which,
by law, they have to provide us with.
